A brief history

Forty Hall Estate with one of England’s finest historic houses, is a beautiful wedding venue and the hidden gem of Enfield. Set in its own estate with stunning public gardens, lawns, walled garden and lakes, we offer an idyllic backdrop for those all-important photos and memories.

With stunning scenery and a selection of period rooms to choose from, couples will be spoilt for choice. Our vaulted, rustic Long Galleries with exposed beams and ceilings are licensed up to 180 guests. The Great Hall, one of the most opulent and highly decorated of the period rooms boasting an exquisite fireplace as its focal point, is licenced to host ceremonies for up to 40 guests. These stunning rooms overlooking the parkland will set the perfect scene to your special day. These are just a couple of the options available and we can’t wait to show you the variety that is available for your Wedding day.

Home to the only organic farm within the boundary of London, Forty Hall Estate is a perfect wedding venue on the edge of London, conveniently located just 2 miles from Junction 25 of the M25 yet the instant you enter our gates you could be forgiven for thinking that you are within the English countryside.

The North London Wedding Fair at Forty Hall

We are delighted that The Coach House at Forty Hall will be partnering with us again to highlight all their wonderful facilities and options that this unique North London wedding venue can provide.

As well as a unique wedding venue, the Wedding Fairs offers the opportunity to meet a vast array of leading local suppliers covering every aspect of your wedding from photographers to bakers, event décor specialist to bridal gowns and so much more besides.

There will also be music, entertainment and more expert wedding suppliers in the grand Black Barn across the courtyard.

This promises to be a unique wedding fair ideal for couples in North London and beyond who are just starting to plan or right in the middle of planning their wedding or those looking for those magical finishing-touches.

The Wedding Fair is open from 11:00am – 3:00pm with free admission and parking.
